HISTORY

Eons ago, when the earth was young, Mable (the mother of all bovines) brought forth two sons-one of truth and virtue, and one of cruelty and discord. The first son was thus named Abull, and the second Kayne.

Mable, loved both her sons most assuredly, yet Kayne believed that she didst love Abull more. This did to make Kayne most jealous and filled with rage.

As the fiery sun awakened to begin its long journey through the heavens, Kayne began to envision a plan for dispatching his brother. For long hours, as the shadows lengthened into twilight, Kayne lay and chewed his cud, until inspiration struck him sharply.

Kayne waited until the night of the new moon, whilst his mother and brother slept, he crept up upon Abull. Quietly he worked his way alongside his brother, and with a gentle nudge, pushed him over. Abull, soundly asleep, never awoke as he fell and struck his head against a large stone. Kayne, having finished his horrendous deed, settled in for a nice slumber at his mother's side.

Morning came, and Kayne awoke to the lamenting of Mable over the body of her fallen son. Mable looked at her slain son, and having seen the tracks leading up to his body, had already surmised that Kayne had slaughtered him during the night.
